MANUAL TRANSMISSION BEARING REPLACEMENT


Most manual transmission bearings are manufactured and sold as a matched set, i.e. inner race, outer race, and roller/ball assembly. Therefore, when installing a new manual transmission bearing, if the package contains a bearing race, be sure to install that bearing race with the bearing, using the procedure outlined in the MT Section of the appropriate Service Manual.
