Control Assembly: Service and Repair

1. Disconnect battery ground cable and remove package tray, if equipped.
2. Place temperature control lever in COLD position and disconnect control cables at heater assembly and air intake housing.
3. Pull off control knobs and remove control face plate.
4. Remove screws securing control, then remove control assembly.
5. Reverse procedure to install and adjust control cables.
