BAULK RING PROCEDURE CORRECTION, 1986.5 D21 TRUCK SERVICE MANUAL


Page MT-40 of the November, 1985 (01) printing of the 1985.5 D21 Truck Service Manual incorrectly states that "if the wear limit is smaller than specified, replace the baulk ring". The text should state that if the wear limit is larger than specified, the baulk ring should be replaced. The correction is shown below for your convenience. Please make note of this correction by hand to your copy of the subject Service Manual. Future printings of this manual will contain the correct procedure.
