Idle Up Control Valve: Description and Operation

The electronic control unit prevents rough idle by sensing idle condition and transmitting a corresponding signal to the idle-up solenoid valve. The solenoid valve is activated by signals from the crank angle sensor, cylinder head or water temperature sensor, load switches (VG30i), ignition switch and battery.
