1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove screws securing package tray and remove tray.
3. On models without A/C, remove duct to heater case.
4. Disconnect control cable and wiring harness connectors to air intake housing.
5. Remove 2 nuts securing air intake housing and remove housing assembly, Fig. 24.
6. Remove screws securing blower motor to housing and remove motor and fan assembly.
7. Reverse procedure to install, then adjust air intake control cable.
