Fuel Gauge Will Not Reach Full

- Check if all segments of fuel gauge light up when fuel tank is full. If so, there is no problem. If not, perform SEGMENT CHECK . If results of segment check are not okay, replace display unit. If results are okay, proceed to step 2).
- Measure resistance of fuel tank sending unit. To do so, turn ignition switch to "OFF" position. Remove instrument cluster and disconnect wire harness connector from control unit. Measure resistance between terminal No. 13 (+) and No. 15 (-). If results are not okay, replace fuel tank sending unit. If good results are obtained, replace control unit.
