Valve Springs & Seals: Removal

  1. With cylinder head removed, compress valve spring using Valve Spring Compressor (ST12070000). See Fig 1 .
  2. Remove valve keepers. Release spring compressor. Remove spring retainer, springs, oil seal and valve seat. If necessary, use Valve Lip Seal Puller (KV10107900) to remove oil seals.
