Timing Belt: Removal

  1. Turn crankshaft until No. 1 piston is at TDC on compression stroke. Remove accessory drive belts.
  2. Remove upper and lower dust cover mount bolts. Remove upper and lower covers and gaskets. Remove timing belt tensioner, bracket, and timing belt.
