Intake Manifold: Removal

  1. Remove air intake duct. Disconnect throttle body cable. Disconnect main fuel line plug opening. Remove intake manifold support bracket.
  2. Remove all wiring, water, and vacuum hoses interfering with intake manifold removal. Remove fuel pump and EGR valve assembly. Remove nuts attaching intake manifold to cylinder head. Remove intake manifold assembly.
