Exhaust Manifold: Removal

  1. Remove exhaust air induction tube bracket and EGR tube at EGR valve side. If necessary, remove distributor and high tension cable. Remove exhaust manifold cover, EGR, and exhaust air induction tubes.
  2. Disconnect front exhaust pipe from manifold. When removing exhaust manifold mount bolts, note center mount nut is of different diameter than the others. Remove manifold.
