Removal & Installation: Camshaft: Installation

  1. Coat camshaft with engine oil and carefully install into engine. DO NOT  damage camshaft bearing surfaces during installation. Install rocker arm assembly.
  2. Install upper, inner dust cover (if equipped), camshaft sprocket, tensioner, timing belt, and related components. Install outer front covers. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
