Check Valve Test

  1. Remove check valve and apply vacuum pressure of 19.69 in. Hg to port of check valve on brake booster side. If vacuum pressure drops more than .39 in. Hg in 15 seconds, replace check valve.
  2. When 20 psi air pressure is applied to brake power unit side of check valve and valve DOES NOT open, replace check valve.
