- Apply a small amount of new engine oil to the O-ring.
- Install the manifold absolute pressure sensor and the purge control solenoid valve to the inlet manifold with care not to damage the O-ring.CAUTION: Do not over-tighten. If the mounting screw is over-tightened, the inlet manifold can be damaged.
- Tighten the mounting screws to the specified torque.
Tightening torque: 4.0 ± 1.0 N.m (35 ± 8 in-lb)
