< Driver's, Front Passenger's, Knee Air Bags And Seat Belt With Pre-TENSIONER Are Deployed >

Replace the following parts with new ones.
- SRS-ECU (Refer to SRS CONTROL UNIT (SRS-ECU) ).
- Driver's air bag module (Refer to DRIVER'S AIR BAG MODULE AND CLOCK SPRING ).
- Passenger's (front) air bag module (Refer to PASSENGER'S (FRONT) AIR BAG MODULE ).
- Knee air bag module (Refer to KNEE AIR BAG MODULE ).
- Seat belt with pre-tensioner (Refer to SEAT BELTS WITH PRE-TENSIONER ).
- Front impact sensor (Refer to FRONT IMPACT SENSORS ).
- Front seat cushion frame assembly (occupant classification-ECU and seat slide sensor) (Refer to SEAT ASSEMBLY ).
Check the following parts. If there is an abnormality, replace with new parts.
- Clock spring (Refer to >> B << CLOCK SPRING INSTALLATION ).
- Seat belt switch (Refer to FRONT SEAT BELT ).
- Steering wheel, steering column assembly
  1. Check that the driver's air bag module is installed to the steering wheel correctly.
  2. Check the steering wheel for noise, binding, operational failure, and play.
  3. Check the shock absorbing mechanism of steering column shaft assembly (Refer to INSPECTION OF STEERING COLUMN SHAFT ASSEMBLY IMPACT ABSORBING MECHANISM ).
- Instrument panel assembly (Refer to INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY ).
Check the wiring harness for binding, the connector for damage, and the terminal for deformation (Refer to SERVICE PRECAUTIONS ).
