With the TC-SST assembly, the IG shutoff delay system is adopted to improve the engine starting performance.
When the ignition switch is turned OFF, the IG shut-off delay system release the gear engagement in preparation for the next engine starting. This is a system to delay the engine stop for approximately 1 second, and the delay is not a malfunction.
