Radio diagnosis mode

Turns on and off the S meter display setting mode for the radio. When the S meter display setting mode is turned on, the reception frequency and the field intensity of the radio will be displayed.

NOTE: If the ignition switch is turned OFF, the S meter display setting mode will default to off.
