Adjustment Of Faulty Power Window

If a door window glass wrongly, automatically lowers while being raised, adjust or replace it as follows:
- Remove the door trim assembly (Refer to DOOR TRIM ).
- Remove the waterproof film (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
- Remove the door speaker cover and door speaker bracket < Vehicles with audio amplifier > (Refer to < VEHICLES WITH DISPLAY AUDIO > ).
- Remove the window regulator assembly (Refer to DOOR GLASS AND REGULATOR ).
- Raise and lower the door window glass by hand to check the operation force.
- If the door window glass does not move up and down smoothly, check and repair as follows:
- Check the installation condition of the door window glass runchannel.
- Check the door sash for twist and bend.
- Check the installation condition of the lower sash.
- If repair or adjustment is impossible, replace the door assembly (Refer to CUSTOMIZATION FUNCTION ).
