Indicator check

When the drive mode is selected by operating the drive mode selector.
Whenever the drive mode selector is operated, either of "4WD ECO", "4WD AUTO" or "4WD LOCK" should be displayed continuously at the top and briefly at the center on the multi-information display.
When the actuator test is executed.
"ACTUATOR TEST" should be displayed at the center on the multi-information display.
