When the system is normal

(1) The service data which begins with A or B must be used when the steering has become heavy without setting any diagnostic trouble code. If assist functions are not intervened or the battery voltage is not dropped, the scan tool (M.U.T.-III) displays an abnormal value. But there is no fault.
