Align the timing mark of the rocker shaft holder with the one circular timing mark of the V.V.T. sprocket.
Align the crankshaft sprocket keys with illustrated positions.

Align the timing mark of the crankshaft sprocket with the link plate (orange) to loop the timing chain.

Align the center link plate of three blue ones with the V.V.T. sprocket timing mark, and then install the timing chain.
Make sure that the timing mark of each sprocket is aligned with the link plate of the timing chain at all of two locations.
Install the timing chain guide on the cylinder block and tighten it to the specified torque of 11 ± 3 N.m (97 ± 26 in-lb).
Install the tensioner lever on the cylinder block and tighten it to the specified torque of 11 ± 3 N.m (97 ± 26 in-lb). Install the timing chain guide and tensioner lever.
