- Measure free height of the spring.
If the limit is exceeded, replace the spring.
Standard value: Inlet 51.9 mm (2.043 inch) Exhaust 52.0 mm (2.047 inch)
Limit: Inlet 50.9 mm (2.004 inch) Exhaust 51.0 mm (2.008 inch)
- Measure squareness of the spring.
If the inclination exceeds the limit, replace the spring.
Standard value: 2° or less Limit: 4°
