Troubleshooting Procedure When Vehicle Power Does Not Turn On

When the power does not turn ON, open and close the driver's door several times. Then, check the communication between OSS-ECU and scan tool and others as shown in the flowchart below. (OSS-ECU can communicate with the scan tool even when the power supply is OFF.)
