Removal And Installation: Notes

WARNING:
  • Never attempt to disassemble or repair the occupant classification-ECU. If faulty, replace it.
  • Do not drop or subject the occupant classification-ECU to impact or vibration. Replace the occupant classification-ECU, if dents, cracking, deformation, or rust are present.
CAUTION:
  • Always replace the front seat cushion pad assembly together with the occupant classification-ECU.
  • When replacing the front seat cushion pad assembly, be careful not to apply static electricity to it.
  • The front seat cushion pad assembly must not be damped with any liquid or steam.
