Erase The PASSCODE

The 4-digit passcode set by security function can be erased by operating the hang-up switch.
- Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" or "ACC" position, and check if the radio and CD player, or the multivision display is activated.
- Check that the hands free cellular phone system is not in voice recognition mode.
- Press and hold the hang-up switch for approximately 2 seconds (1.5 seconds or more).
- Within approximately 10 seconds after performing step 3, press and hold the hang-up switch for approximately 2 seconds (1.5 seconds or more) twice again.NOTE: Even if the passcode is erased, guidance such as voice guide is not provided.
- After the operation, check if the lock with the passcode is unlocked. If the lock is not unlocked, repeat from step 2.
