Diagnostic Procedure

  1. STEP 1. Hydraulic unit (integrated with ABS-ECU) check 

    Refer to HYDRAULIC UNIT CHECK  .

    Q: Is the check result normal? 

    1. YES:  Go to Step 2.
    2. NO:  Connect the brake tubes correctly, repair the external brake lines, or replace the hydraulic unit (integrated with ABS-ECU) (Refer to HYDRAULIC UNIT  ).
  2. STEP 2. Retest the system. 

    Q: Can any fault be found with the brake operation? 

    1. YES:  Check the brake system related components except ABS.
    2. NO:  The procedure is complete.
