Inspection Procedure 5: Sunshade anti-trap function does not work: Diagnosis

Check the sunshade lid trouble symptom according to the following procedures.

1. Carry out the learning procedures of the sunshade fully closed position (Refer to LEARNING PROCEDURES OF THE SUNSHADE FULLY CLOSED POSITION  .
2. Check the trouble symptom.

   Q: Is the check result normal? 

   • YES:  Intermittent malfunction (Refer to HOW TO COPE WITH INTERMITTENT MALFUNCTION (+)
   • NO:  Replace the sunshade motor assembly.
