Diagnostic Procedure

  1. STEP 1. Check other diagnosis codes. 

    Q: Are other diagnosis codes set? 

    1. YES:  Carry out the appropriate troubleshooting.
    2. NO:  Go to Step 2.
  2. STEP 2. Symptom recheck after erasing diagnosis code 

    Q: Is the check result normal? 

    1. YES:  Intermittent malfunction
    2. NO:  Replace the TCM, and then go to Step 3.
  3. STEP 3. Retest the system. 

    Q: Is the check result normal? 

    1. YES:  The inspection is complete.
    2. NO:  Replace the valve body assembly.
