Torque Transfer Mechanism Part

Required Special Tools: 

  1. Remove the driveshaft. (Refer to DRIVESHAFT ASSEMBLY  .)
  2. Remove the AYC differential carrier oil seal.
  3. Use the special tools MB990938 and MB991551 to press-fit a new oil seal.
  4. Apply specified grease to the oil seal lip and driveshaft oil seal seating area.

    Specified grease: Vaseline
