Windshield high-speed wiper switch ON	21 - 23	Less than 2 ohms
Windshield washer switch ON	22 - 23	Less than 2 ohms

Measure the resistance value at terminal numbers 27 and 28. The resistance value should rise smoothly from approximately 0 +/- ("FAST" position) to approximately 1 kΩ ("SLOW" position).
