Master Cylinder Assembly: Installation

  1. Install master cylinder on vehicle. See Figure .
  2. Install new O-rings.
  3. Install proportioning valves.
  4. Reconnect brake lines. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  5. Reconnect reservoir hose. Insert the reservoir hose with its paint mark facing front of the vehicle. See Fig 1 .
  6. To complete installation, reverse remaining removal procedure. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
