Fuel Gauge Float Height

  1. Move the float and measure height A at point "F" (highest) and B at point "E" (lowest) with the float arm touching stopper. Standard value for A is 22.1-26.1 mm (0.95 inch). Standard value for B is 149.6-153.6 mm (5.97 inches). See Fig 1 .
  2. Adjust the float arm to the standard value, the go to the thermistor check.
