After checking intermediate connector E-111, E-114 and joint connector D-116, check the wires. If intermediate connector E-111, E-114 and joint connector D-116 are damaged, repair or replace them.
Are the harness wires between combination meter connector D-03 and vehicle speed sensor connector C-08 in good condition?

There is no action to be taken. - NO
Repair them. The speedometer should work normally.
