Using Brake Warning Light

  1. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Ground terminal No. 1 of DLC. See Figure .
  2. Depress brake pedal and hold it. Turn ignition switch to ON position, then release brake pedal within 3 seconds. Depress and release brake pedal once per second for a total of 10 times. Turn ignition switch to LOCK position. Unground terminal No. 1 of DLC.
