Step 3: Check The Combination Meter (Tachometer) Ground Circuit At The Combination Meter Connector D-05

1. Disconnect the combination meter connector D-05.
2. Measure the resistance between terminal No. 25 and ground. See Fig 1 .

Is the resistance less than 2 ohms?

1. YES
   
   Go to step 6  .
2. NO
   
   Go to step 4  .
