Trouble Shooting Hints

If shock or lag time of 2 seconds or more occurs when transaxle is shifted from Neutral to Reverse with engine idling, the most likely causes for this concern are:

• Abnormal reverse clutch pressure.
• Abnormal low-reverse brake pressure.
• Faulty low-reverse solenoid valve.
• Faulty reverse clutch.
• Faulty low-reverse brake.
• Faulty valve body.
• Faulty TP sensor.
• Faulty PCM.
