Gauge Resistance Test

Remove instrument cluster. See INSTRUMENT CLUSTER under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. On 3000GT, remove air distribution duct and combination gauges.
On all models, check resistance between temperature gauge terminals at rear of cluster or combination gauges. See TEMPERATURE GAUGE RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS table. See Fig 1-Fig 8 .
