Park vehicle on level surface. Remove excess weight from vehicle. Ensure lever is not against stopper bolt. Check spring length. If spring length is not correct, adjust cable or support until correct length is obtained. See the LOAD-SENSING SPRING LENGTH table. See Fig 2.
