Inspection (All Others Except 2.0L DOHC)

Inspect rocker arms and shafts for wear and damage. Replace as necessary. Check camshaft journal diameter and lobe height. Replace camshaft if journal diameter and lobe height are not within specification. See CAMSHAFT SPECIFICATIONS  at the end of this article.
