Removal (1.6L Turbo)

  1. Drain cooling system and remove radiator. Remove air intake hose at turbo. Disconnect vacuum hose at turbo. Remove exhaust manifold outer heat shields and engine hanger from manifold. Disconnect oil lines, coolant lines and oxygen sensor from turbo.
  2. Disconnect exhaust pipe from manifold. Remove manifold bolts, manifold with turbo and gasket.
