Removal (2.0L DOHC)

  1. Remove condenser fan (A/C models) and cooling fan motor assemblies. Remove oxygen sensor. Remove exhaust manifold outer heat shield and engine hanger from manifold. Disconnect exhaust pipe and gasket from manifold. Remove manifold bolts, manifold, manifold inner heat shield and gasket.
