Reassembly & Installation

  1. Coat all components with engine oil and assemble gears in housing in original location. Ensure timing marks on gears are aligned. Install rear cover. Install front case using new gasket.
  2. Install proper length bolts and tighten to specification. Slide seal into front case. Using Seal Installer (MD998304), install front seal in front case. To install remaining components, reverse removal procedure.
