Turbo Boost Pressure Gauge Circuit Test: Starion

  1. Disconnect wiring harness connectors from ECI control unit. ECI control unit is located on the right hand of cowl side.
  2. Using a 12-volt 3.4-watt test bulb, connect test bulb lead to terminal No. 59 of ECI control unit connector and ground. Turn ignition on. Ensure test light flashes and meter needle deflects. SeeFigure .
  3. If results are okay and problem still exists, remove instrument cluster from instrument panel. Measure resistance between terminals of the pressure gauge. See BOOST PRESSURE GAUGE RESISTANCE TEST  below in this article.
