Removal (B2600)

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable and remove battery. Remove hood and air cleaner. Disconnect all vacuum hoses, fuel hoses and electrical connectors.
  2. Drain cooling system and engine oil. Remove all coolant hoses, radiator and cooling fan. Disconnect all control cables. Remove power steering pump and A/C compressor with hoses connected. Disconnect exhaust pipe at manifold.
  3. Remove gusset plates located near engine mounts. Remove transmission-to-engine bolts. Remove engine mount bolts. Support transmission and remove engine.
