Disassembly & Reassembly

Ensure rod-to-piston is match marked prior to disassembling. See Figure. Using a press and Piston Pin Remover/Installer (MD998184-01), disassemble piston and rod. To reassemble, properly position rod-to-piston. See Figure. Lubricate components and press pin in until centered. Repeat procedure for all pistons as necessary.
