Disassembly, Inspection & Reassembly

Disassemble in the numbered sequence. See Fig 1 . To reassemble, reverse numbered sequence. Check rotation and wear of one-way clutch. Ensure arrow on one way clutch is inserted toward front of outer race. See Fig 1 . Ensure one way clutch rotates smoothly in one direction only. Note installation of one way clutch on N4A-EL and JM600. See Fig 2 .
