Cylinder Head & Manifolds (1.5L): Installation

1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten all parts to specification. Tighten cylinder head in 3 steps. On turbo models, before installing oil pipe flare nut, pour clean engine oil into turbocharger.
2. Ensure turbocharger ring-to-exhaust manifold is installed. Ensure oil and vacuum hoses are properly installed and clamped. DO NOT reuse exhaust manifold or turbocharger gaskets. DO NOT use sealant on cylinder head gasket.
