Removal & Installation: Engine: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. With engine installed loosely install roll stopper bolts loosely. Perform final tightening of mounting bolts and nuts (to specification) with weight of engine on insulators.
  2. Note that front and rear center member insulators and collars are different. Front insulator is round and has a .79" (20 mm) collar. Rear insulator is octagonal shaped and has a .87" (22 mm) collar. Ensure front roll stopper identification hole faces forward. Replace all fluids and adjust all cables and linkages.
