Instrument Panel Fuel Gauge
NOTE:
The following test must be completed with instrument panel cluster removed. Measurements are all made with an ohmmeter. If resistance is extremely low, there may be a short in the coil. If the resistance is extremely high, there may be a broken wire or similar problem in the gauge.
Measure resistance between terminals. If resistance specifications do not conform to FUEL GAUGE RESISTANCE chart specifications, replace fuel gauge.
