Instrument Cluster: Starion

  1. Remove attaching screws from instrument cluster. Pull out both edges of bottom side of cluster hood, and while holding in position, pull up and out.
  2. Disconnect cluster switch connectors on both sides of cluster hood. Remove screws from bottom of cluster. Remove nuts from upper part of cluster. Pull both sides of lower part of case up and to the rear. SeeFig 1 .
  3. Disconnect speedometer cable from back of instrument cluster by pushing stopper of plug on speedometer cable side of connection. Pull cluster out part way. Separate all connectors attaching cluster. Remove cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure. SeeFig 1 .
