Installing flywheel (manual transmission)

CAUTION: Heavy component. 
Heavy components can lead to injury or damage. 
  • Remove and install heavy components with the aid of another person/other persons.
NOTE: TECHNICAL INFORMATION 
Clean all threads with a screw tap.

Screw-in depth of thread cutter
  Screw-in depth  18 mm

Handle the timing chain carefully  to protect the timing chain and timing chain drive from damage.

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATION

Flywheel to crankshaft
M12x1.5
Replace screws.
Tightening torque  45Nm
Angle of rotation  45°
NOTE: Mark all the flywheel bolts (1) with a vertical line.
